The 19th Festival of Honey and Soumas will take place on Saturday, August 3 in the central square of the picturesque village of Sianna.

Entertainment will include traditional music and song. Free traditional sweets, honey products and Suma will be offered to visitors.

The festival starts at 20:30 and is free to attend.

Sianna is located 65 km south of Rhodes Town, on the west side of the island. Charming Sianna is built on the slopes of Mount Akramitis and is a lively village known for its stores selling patterned rugs, ceramics, and the potent, grape-infused sumas liqueur. Local chima wine and honey-flavored desserts are served in open-air tavernas and bars.
