An amazing Dinosaur exhibition is visiting Thassos this August. Exhibits include a T-Rex, measuring 6 metres tall and 14 metres long, a Diplodocus, a Brachiosaurus, with its towering neck and many other prehistoric creatures of various sizes that excite the imagination of young and old!

All exhibits are robotic, with movements, colours, textures and sounds, which, combined with the exhibition backdrop, give the visitor the feeling of being in the real world where these impressive prehistoric animals lived.

The exhibition is in Limenas (Thassos Town) from August 2 until the 17th. Opening times are from 18:00 until 22:00 every day except Tuesday. (last entry to the exhibition is 50 minutes before closing).

The exhibition is located at the town’s football ground, which is 1 km from the town centre on the road out to Panagia.
