Yesterday, Monday, March 30, an agreement was signed by the Mayor of Thassos, Mr Eleftherios Kyriakidis, and the CEO of Peri Exelixis S.A., Mr Lazaros Tsaltampasidis, for Peri Exelixis to prepare a proposal for the construction of a nursing home in Limenas (Thassos Town).

Peri Exelixis S.A. (The Greek Organisation for Local Development) is a Greek development organisation aimed at supporting local authorities in planning, implementing and promoting projects in the regions of Macedonia and Thrace.

The agreement requires Peri Exelixis S.A. to draft architectural, structural and electromechanical requirements for the project and finally prepare a document which will be the basis for the final tender documents to be released to potential construction companies.
