Google Street View, Greece
In 2014, Google launched its Street View service in Greece after extensive and detailed negotiations with the country’s Data Protection Authority.
Greece’s Culture Minister, Panos Panagiotopoulos, said the map service would help the country’s vital tourism industry, describing Greece as an “endless archaeological park.”
