Today will be the coldest day of this latest cold snap, with temperatures as low as -12°C and snow even at low levels.

However, on Wednesday, the temperatures will rise as high as 13°C, but only for a couple of days, as on Friday (January 16), a further cold front will once again start to affect the country.
