Kalogeriko, the municipality’s venue for exhibitions, lectures and cultural events in Thassos Town, will be hosting the 3rd Thassos Wine Fair on Sunday, April 26.

There will be hundreds of wines and spirits on show, and guests will be offered the unique experience of tasting and experiencing the dynamics of Greek and foreign varieties. Producers from all over Greece will be participating to help guide you through the wonderful world of wine.

Kalogeriko, the two-storey building that sits beside the Old Harbour in Limenas (Thassos Town), is a historical building initially built by the Monastery of Vatopedi, situated on Mount Athos, but over the following centuries, it has served many varied and unrelated functions in the town.

The fair will be open from 12:00 to 20:00.

Admission is 10€, which includes a complimentary glass of wine.
