Although the threat of thunderstorms across the country has abated, temperatures are expected to slowly rise until at least next Tuesday, reaching the high 30s Celsius by late afternoon.

Wind speeds will increase from a northerly direction, ranging from 4 to 6 Beaufort, whilst in the Aegean, speeds will range from 7 and locally 8 Beaufort, with some regions having light cloud cover.

Some regions will have light cloud cover, with showers possible by late afternoon.
