The Greek National Meteorological Service has issued an emergency bulletin warning of a serious deterioration in the weather for Northern and Central Greece for tomorrow, Thursday, July 31.

The intense phenomenon is expected to affect Northern Greece from the early morning hours until late at night, with heavy rains and storms accompanied by hail and gale-force winds.

The forecast is for the storms to move across the region of Thrace, which includes the island of Thassos, from noon until night.
