TUI, the world’s largest budget holiday and flight company, has been ranked among the worst airlines for UK flight punctuality, with one route, Birmingham to the Greek island of Zante, having an average delay of more than three-quarters of an hour.

An analysis of Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) data revealed that the company’s flights from UK hubs were, on average, 20 minutes and 24 seconds late in departing in 2025. In total, 138 airlines fly into the UK.

The airline serves more than 20 airports throughout the UK.

The four airlines worse than TUI on punctuality are, from the worst, Air India, followed by Blue Islands, TAP Air Portugal and Saudia.
